Was Principal: Kiangnan College, Nanking and Pootung Middle School, Shanghai; Teacher, Nanyang College, Shanghai. Professor of Mathematics and Astronomy, Government Univer-sity, Peking. Author of a series of text books on Mathematics in Chinese.
